Position Summary

The Recovery Advocate provides personalized support and case management to residents at Hope Street. This includes conducting intake assessments, setting individualized goals, coordinating referrals, and ensuring that residents have access to essential recovery resources such as healthcare, mental health services, employment support, and support groups.
