Resident Application

We are accepting applications for residents!

Please fill out the application to the best of your ability. After we receive the application, we will contact you as soon as possible. If you are having difficulty filling out the application or need assistance, please contact our Recovery Advocate at 509-540-5276. We are happy to mail you a printed copy or a PDF version.

Applicant Criteria:

  1. At least seven days of continued sobriety and/or seven days of clean and sober living.

  2. Successfully passing a UA test and/or alcohol test upon move-in.

  3. Willingness to follow the Hope Street Resident Responsibilities.

  4. A willingness to accept Hope Street's accountability and community; and a desire to seek long-term recovery.

  5. Ability to pay the program fee. Hope Street staff will assist with connection to support agencies for assistance with payment.
