Jovanna (Bishop Paiute/Standing Rock Sioux) has served in different capacities with local Walla Walla Valley non-profits since 2003, her new "hometown." Jovanna has previously worked for Friends of Children of Walla Walla for almost 13 years, participated in the Sherwood Trust Community Leadership Class of 2010, 3 years providing school-based mental health services in Umatilla County, and served with Walla Walla Junior Club for 5 years. Currently, Jovanna is an outpatient therapist for Comprehensive Healthcare, providing evidence-based practices for adults with mental health and co-occurring disorders. Jovanna embraces Hope Street's mission to support women achieve a fulfilling life in long-term recovery.
